After graduation from The George Washington University in 1985 with honors, he was accepted into the National Business Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1988 and went on to practice at one of the larger insurance defense law firms in Philadelphia before becoming an associate at Gold, Silverman & Goldenberg in 1990.

Wayne has handled thousands of claims and has successfully tried to verdict cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Wayne is an active member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations as well as the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1988. He is a member of the compulsory arbitration committee of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia and serves as an arbitrator in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Outside of the office, Wayne has raised money and awareness by chairing, leading, and organizing events to fight Melanoma and other cancer. He volunteers as a coach and commissioner for the Main Line Girls Basketball Association. Wayne is an avid sportsmen who still enjoys playing basketball, tennis and softball; cycling; skiing; running and working out. A huge fan of all four major Philadelphia sports teams, you can count on seeing Wayne at each of the home Eagles games. Wayne lives in Montgomery County with his beautiful wife and is blessed to be the father of two very accomplished daughter
