Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jeffrey attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and minored in Political Science. After Syracuse, he opened up a restaurant with his brother in West Chester, Pennsylvania and began night classes at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.

In his free time, Jeffrey is a Board Member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters, Independence Region. Jeffrey enjoys watching and playing basketball and spending time with his wife, Jodi, his sons, Nathan and Blake, and his dog, Sherman.
